Due to the hygienic nature of incontinence products and the stringent Canadian health regulations, we cannot accept returns, give refunds, or make exchanges on any washable, reusable or absorbent incontinence/health products that have been worn, used, soiled or washed.
Unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and unworn items can be returned within 14 days of the sale if you have obtained a return authorization (see below). All items will be inspected upon being returned. If the item(s) passes inspection then the refund will be issued. A re-stocking fee may apply. Returns deemed unacceptable will be disposed of without a refund. Postage is non-refundable. Return and exchange postage is the responsibility of the customer. Returns sent with COD postage or have duty owing will be refused.
Items must be sent by regular mail (no couriers) to our Richmond BC Canada address and must clearly be declared/labeled as “Canadian Goods Return”. Items not sent using these instructions are subject to refusal and returned to the sender.
You must contact us by email at email@example.com prior to sending your return to obtain an Authorization for Return of Merchandise. Please include your full name and order number as well as a brief description of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. Exchanges: Return shipping and price differences on an exchange will be invoiced and collected before it is shipped.
In the event that you receive defective or wrongly shipped merchandise (i.e., products that were not what you ordered from Babykins Products) please email us within seven (7) days of receipt of your order at firstname.lastname@example.org Include a photo of the order you received that clearly shows the error or defective item. You will have 30 days from the time of purchase to return these items (if requested). In the case of defective or wrongly shipped merchandise on Babykins and KINS Products part, you must email a request for an Authorization for Return of Merchandise by contacting us within seven (7) days of receipt of your order at email@example.com. Please include your first name, last name, order number a short description and a photo clearly showing the incorrect item or defect. If you have not heard back from us within 3 business days, please check your spam or junk folder to see if our reply is there.
