Babykins & KINS Products Return Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of incontinence products and the stringent Canadian health regulations, we cannot accept returns, give refunds, or make exchanges on any washable, reusable or absorbent incontinence/health products that has been worn, used, soiled or washed.


Unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and unworn items can be returned within 14 days of the sale. All items will be inspected upon being returned. If the item(s) passes inspection then the refund will be issued.

Items must be sent USPS and must clearly be labelled as a “Return”. Items not sent using these instructions maybe subject to refusal and returned to the sender. Shipping is non refundable.

You must contact us by email at info@babykins.com or by telephone at 1-800-665-2229 prior to sending your return to obtain an Authorization for Return of Merchandise. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Refused Items

If an order is refused the shipping costs and a $5 USD restocking fee will be subtracted from the refund.

Defective or Wrongly Shipped Merchandise

In the event that you receive defective or wrongly shipped merchandise (i.e., products were not what you ordered from Babykins Products) you will have 30 days from the time of purchase to return these items. In the case of defective or wrongly shipped merchandise on Babykins and KINS Products part, you must request an Authorization for Return of Merchandise by contacting us within seven (7) days of receipt of your order at info@babykins.com or at 1-800-665-2229. Please have your first name, last name and order number ready.
