Unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and unworn items can be returned within 14 days of the sale. All items will be inspected upon being returned. If the item(s) passes inspection then the refund will be issued.
Items must be sent USPS and must clearly be labelled as a “Return”. Items not sent using these instructions maybe subject to refusal and returned to the sender. Shipping is non refundable.
You must contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone at 1-800-665-2229 prior to sending your return to obtain an Authorization for Return of Merchandise. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
If an order is refused the shipping costs and a $5 USD restocking fee will be subtracted from the refund.
In the event that you receive defective or wrongly shipped merchandise (i.e., products were not what you ordered from Babykins Products) you will have 30 days from the time of purchase to return these items. In the case of defective or wrongly shipped merchandise on Babykins and KINS Products part, you must request an Authorization for Return of Merchandise by contacting us within seven (7) days of receipt of your order at email@example.com or at 1-800-665-2229. Please have your first name, last name and order number ready.
