Orders are generally shipped in 2-4 business days from the time of purchase. If your order contains any out of stock items you will be contacted by email. The shipping price is determined by the weight of your order, your ship to location and the level of service you choose. We currently offer 2 shipping options, a standard 9-14 business day shipping option and a 6-8 business day option.
Our online shopping cart provides you with a choice of available shipping options to your location. Estimated shipping charges can be obtained prior to completion of your order by entering your country, province/state and postal/zip code inside the cart. You will have the option to preview and select a shipping method before entering your credit card information and completing your order.
Our products ship from our manufacturing plant located in Richmond, British Columbia, Canada. Orders shipped to destinations outside of Canada will arrive customs and duty collect. Please be aware of local regulations before you order.
During the Holiday Season (November to January) it is possible for shipments to take twice as long to arrive due to volume and customs delays. If your order does not arrive in the time frame noted, please check with your local post office as they often hold parcels for collection of customs and duties. Estimated delivery dates displayed in the shopping cart are not guaranteed, especially items shipped to rural areas. For International Orders they are average times under normal conditions.
We are happy to offer free 9-14 business day shipping on all retail orders over $100 (excluding shipping fees) for US customers only. Wholesale and custom orders are not eligible for free shipping. Return shipping costs will be charged on refused orders and shipping fees are non refundable.
If you ordered online you will automatically be emailed your tracking number as soon as it becomes available. Please note that it can take up to 2-4 business days for processing before you receive your tracking number. If you don't see your tracking number in your inbox after 4 business days from the time you ordered please check your spam folder or junk box before contacting us.
The post office charges both ways for refused parcels, some carriers charge an additional return fee. If an order is refused, the shipping costs and a $7 restocking fee will be subtracted from the refund.
If the shipping address provided is incorrect, return fees and re-shipping charges will apply to re-ship. We have to wait for the refused order to return to our warehouse before resending it, and we can't control how long it takes to get back here. Return shipping fees and a $7 restocking fee will be deducted from refunds.
