KINS Lowrider Vinyl Adult Diaper Covers are made from our medium-weight (6 mil) vinyl. Lowrider pants are designed to sit lower on the waist and have a slimmer fit. They work great over disposables or smaller cloth diapers. Compared to our 20300V pants, they sit approximately 2.5" lower on the waist and are approximately 2.5" snugger through the hips and crotch. Make sure to check your measurements, as you may need to size up if you're used to our full-fit high-waisted pants.
All of our waterproof pants are washable in warm water and dryable on low heat, and all have soft bindings at the legs and waist that will not chafe or pinch.

Add at least 2" to Hip measurement allow for a comfortable fit. Vinyl pants will shrink 1" in length after washing.
