Our KINS adult pull-on waterproof diaper covers are 100% vinyl. They are very lightweight, quiet, and very cool for a waterproof diaper cover. They can be machine or hand washed in warm water. For longer wear machine dry on low for approximately ten minutes or air dry. These pants were formerly know as DPF "Softies". This pant also comes in prints.
